Robert G. Jarmon, MD, Founder/President
Healthy Functions was founded by Dr. Robert Jarmon. He received his MD from New Jersey Medical College in 1973 where he graduated with honors.  After successfully completing a surgical internship at Rhode Island Hospital he completed a residency and fellowship at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions in the fields of Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Systems where he was deeply touched by patients whose medical treatment or convalescence was complicated by pressure ulcers. For the past six years he has devoted all his time to developing the Company’s pressure relief technologies.

Louis Wagman, Senior Business AdvisorLouis Wagman
Mr. Wagman is a partner of Nassau Guild, LLC. He brings over 30 years of management experience at the general management and CEO level of technology companies, ranging in size from start-ups to divisions of Fortune 500 companies. His management consulting practices are Technology Management Associates and Res Partners. At Technology Management Associates he advises and provides interim management services to early and expansion stage technology ventures. At Res Partners, Lou is a Consulting Principal specializing in strategy, marketing, fund raising and good business practices for technology and life sciences companies. He is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the New Jersey Institute of Technology Enterprise Development Center and the president of the New Jersey Entrepreneurial Network.

Deborah R. Herr, Strategic Marketing Consultant
Deborah Herr has over 20 years experience in writing and marketing strategy for healthcare, advanced technologies, pre-hospital medicine and cardiac intervention.  She has written and produced projects in print, video, audio, direct response and trade shows.  Deborah also has extensive background in finished media including websites, brochures, CDs, articles, speeches, and board presentations.

George Ferencik, Advisory Board
George Ferencik began his health care management experience as Clinical Administrator at Massachusetts General Hospital. After serving as Administrator of a specialized long term care facility, he founded a number of clinical brain injury rehabilitation service programs, eventually locating 20 centers in 13 states. George currently provides consulting to health products and services companies, helping to secure new business and distribution channels in North America and Europe.
